Shipping policy

As with any Group Buy, there will be a time period from when the order is placed to when it gets delivered. One of our goals at Ikeygai is to reduce those wait times but there will always be things that we cannot anticipate. The final shipping time will also depend on the country we are shipping to and different countries have different customs rules.

All customs and duties owed upon receipt of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping prices are calculated using the best rates provided to us from the carriers and are always up to date.
